Sweet... I’ve been waiting to see Farah’s take on this car. ... Ah, I just learned this is a cushier version of the Z8. Ah well.

Yeah, with Alpina’s own V8 instead of the original which was from the E39 M5. And auto ‘box only.

I’m ok with the tamer/torquier engine, Alpina has always offered a more restrained alternative to the M-cars, but the slushbox ruins it. It’s ok for a GT car to have a manual.
